Pick Up & Drop Off Service
This is an additional service I offer to my clients to help with their busy lives.
Basic Info
- All dogs will be crated or in a buckle harness during transport for their safety.
- Flea prevention is required - I use my personal vehicle.
- Pre-arrange pick up time will be scheduled; drop off time depends on services and number of dogs being groomed.
- I will call or text to remind you of the pick up time the day before your grooming appointment AND when I'm on my way to your location.
- I will call or text you when we arrive at my location so that you know your dog(s) arrived safe and sound.
- Signature will be required at both pick up & drop off by someone pre-approved and 16 or older.
- Release form must be signed before services rendered.
- In case of emergency owner will be contacted ASAP. Dog will be transported to vet if needed.
- I understand some dogs get car sick, please let me know BEFORE pick-up so I can cover vehicle to make cleanup easier.
Pricing & Fees
Price is based on the total cost for your grooming services.
- $25 - $50 in services. You receive 2 miles FREE, after the 2 miles its $2 per mile
- $51 - $79 in services. You receive 3 miles FREE, after the 3 miles its $1.50 per mile
- $80+ in services. You receive 5 miles FREE, after the 5 miles its $1 per mile
If during grooming I find that your dog has fleas I will charge an extra fee of $40 to have my car deep cleaned and treated so that other clients dogs do not get fleas. *Keep in mind there is also a $40 fee for deep cleaning and fumigating my house. Fleas can cost you and extra $80 so please prevent this. This feed is ADDITIONAL to the grooming service and pick-up & drop-off cost.
Cancellation & Non-notice Fee
I understand sometimes we have to cancel things, its part of life.
- Please give 24 hour notice of any cancellation or changes.
- If for some reason you can't give 24 hour notice - I require you give notice no less than 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
If no notice is given from 1 hour before up until the time I arrive for pick-up there will be an additional fee to cover the time, gas, and maintenance on my car I have still used.
- $10 for 5 miles and under
- $15 for 5 miles up to 10 miles
- $25 for over 10 miles
